I was like “What the fuck”, so I opened the CD up in explorer and there it was, the conversation I had just had with a friend, right there on the CD, somehow it was on the CD even before I had the conversation, this totally blew me away and had no way of explaining how it happened.

Another time was when I was watching ‘waking life’ a animated film about dreams and reality. After I watched it I went out to go to the pubs with my mates and have a good time. As I was waiting for the bus, I felt so strange, I felt connected to everything, and I felt ONE with everything. Everything seemed so lucid, so clear; I had no thoughts, no emotion, just stillness. I felt amazing; I had never experienced anything like this before, was total bliss. I remember time slowing down and speeding up all the time, I just sat there all night staring at everything, time was distorting and I was just amazed at what I was seeing, I was in a total trance, my mates kept coming up to me and asking if I was all right, but I didn’t even notice them. Everything that night went into slow motion, and then it suddenly went really fast as if time was catching up, was so cool, my mates said I was a zombie all night, I just sat there.

23/8/03 Saturday 

I finally decided to overcome the fear of the strange noises and vibrations accruing while trying to project. Another thing that scared me was the rapid heart beats, when I first tried astral projection a couple of years ago.
I found out that it wasn’t my heart beating but my heart chakra.
For the past few days I have been practising relaxing and getting used to all the scary things that happen while trying to project.
I went to bed totally dedicated to actually projecting this time so I lied still relaxing until my body went numb again and I tried projecting using the 'rope' technique which is to imagine your climbing a rope to pull yourself out of your body but don’t visualise, actually feel the rope and yourself pulling.
This was actually working, I could feel myself getting heavy but having a floating sensation.
My heart chakra was beating really fast and my whole body felt like it was thumping, I ignored all the distractions for the first time and I floated out.
Next thing I know I woke up, looked at my watch and it was an hour an a half after I went to bed, it’s like I just blacked out. Possibly I did project but went into a dream state and woke up remembering nothing. I was really gutted that I don’t remember after trying to hard.
I couldn’t be bothered to try again so I went to sleep.

24/8/03 Sunday

I was convinced I would project today as I had been reading about all the techniques.
I went to bed and I started relaxing, I was ready to try and project but I could smell burning. I got up and thought it was my pc (crapping myself). I thought it was my pc because my previous pc had a heat problem and used to smell like it was burning.
I walked over to my pc but couldn’t smell it over there, I smelt out the window, still nothing. I went back to bed and could smell it again so I pulled all the plugs out of the sockets just in case. I got back into relaxing and was just about to try and project again but I heard lots of shouting outside. Looked outside and there was people fighting and people running around. i went back to bed and waited till they went away. An hour later they were still there so I couldn’t be bothered to try it again.

25/8/03 Bank Holiday Monday

Went online early today and my mate shaker was online. He is never online this early usually.
He said he woke up early this morning because his mate phoned him saying his car burnt down last night. At this time I forgot about last night so I just went through the day as usual.
Later on I remember about the burning smell last night. Shaker had told me his mate woke up and couldn’t breathe because there was smoke everywhere and found out his car was burning.
I found this strange smelling burning from nowhere at the same night his car burnt down, Coincidence? I don’t know :(
I went to bed and started the routine; within 20 minutes I was ready and concentrated really hard on trying to A.P. I was pretty tired so every time I was getting close to projecting my mind was wondering off thinking about other things. As I was trying to project I had a strange feeling on my leg, it felt like someone had put there hand on my knee and brushed it, this happened twice and it felt really weird. I tried really hard to say right stop it and concentrate but it just happening again, couldn’t do anything about it. I thought it wasn’t the right state of mind to be trying it in so I went to sleep.

26/8/03 Wednesday

Oh my god! I was virtually there. I had a bath and went to bed confident tonight and found it really hard to relax.
I finally got really relaxed and started using the rope technique. This wasn’t working at all so I thought I would make my own.
I imagined feeling around my room if like I was a blind man, feeling the carpet, my chair, my computer, my blankets and my curtains. I was imagining I was actually feeling them and what they felt like and as soon as I know it my body is thumping and I start to feel like my body is really heavy. I thought I wad floating at this point but I felt really strange. It was like someone was trying to pull me out, it’s hard to explain. It was more like I was lying on the wall and gravity was trying to pull me down, it was pulling from the top right of me. It started to go so I tried hard to concentrate on feeling round my room and I could feel myself floating up but I suddenly stopped and it felt like someone was sticking their fist in my back and pushing up. I tried to ignore everything and concentrate but something stops me from going further.
My left arm seems to feel tinglier than my other one, maybe this has something to do with the battery in my watch.
I was just so damn annoyed, I was so close.

8/9/03 Monday

Last night as I was trying to project i could hear someone playing the recorder, rather unusual at 2 in the morning. After this I heard very loud constant whistling. Again I had this very strong force pulling me to the right, I found out that the way it was pulling me is from the north, I read somewhere that you had to face north when projecting as its the magnetic pull. I don’t really believe you have to face north but it seems a bit strange that I was being pulled from the north.

11/9/03 Thursday

Something strange happened to me this morning. I woke up about half past seven because my brother was getting up to go to school so I went back to sleep. I remember having a dream about working back at the hospital except there was a bridge outside it. Anyway after that dream I was having another dream.
This time I was examining my face in third person. The picture was very clear as it looked in real life but my chin looked different to what it was, when I was looking my face I suddenly realised hang on a minute if I’m not looking through my eyes and I’m looking at my own face I must be out of body! Then suddenly everything went bright and blurry and my body was buzzing!
I felt like I was already out but coming back in, everything was dark and I felt normal again. Woke up and was rather startled by this. Anyway guess what! I went back to sleep and woke up again at 9 o clock, the time I was supposed to wake up today.
I heard lots of little kids running past to go to school and one of them was playing a recorder, playing the exact same tune I heard on Monday night!!!

26/11/03 Thursday

I didn’t intend to try to AP last night but i gave it a go. I was too tired after a while and decided I need sleep. I woke up about half past four and I thought hey this is how I did AP the first time so I lay there and tried it, I began to feel something then I blacked out. I woke up at the end of my bed looking at my window, I was aware I was out of body, everything seemed real. I looked out the window and it was raining, suddenly I could feel myself drifting to sleep and my dog appeared in my window and jumped out, He landed on the pavement outside my house, I was confused by this and thought 'what the hell, how did he do that he would of broken his legs' I looked into the garden of one of the houses in front of mine and I noticed a bright light appearing from it. It started getting brighter and I just kind of stared at it for a while. It turned into a ball of light then turned a translucent pink and yellow and started coming towards me. At this time I thought hmmm is that another spirit coming towards me or just an energy ball. It got really bright pink and yellow and it was a bit blinding to look at, it suddenly hit me and i buzzed and came back to my body. I remember seeing these colours while looking round my room, Auras I think? I was tired so I went to sleep. I woke up totally aware of what happened and looked outside, it was raining!

Last night I was so close to AP and it was close to my first experience. I was listening to this preset this guy gave me for brainwave generator and I listened to it for about 30 minutes then went straight to bed. I decided I was going to raise some energy before sleep so I did so for 20 or so minutes, my mind started to wonder off and after a few minutes my stopped thinking and then it started to happen. I felt like I was going in slow motion, my hearing just blocked off so the only thing I could hear was my breath deep down and it didn’t even feel like I was breathing. My body went all fuzzy and I saw loads of colours and swirls, very pretty. My heart started rushing a bit and I knew it was going to happen, but after a while it just faded.

Had a lie-in today, first time in ages, I just lay still relaxing, I drifted off I think. Funny thing is I don’t remember when this occurred, before I woke up or as it happened when I was relaxing. I remember being in my room and it looked really strange, the colour was a weird blue everywhere, I was curious to what was going on outside, I looked out the blinds and it was raining a bit, everyone came outside and went into their cars, they were getting in their car and leaving. Some of them were talking to each other. I looked back at my bed and saw someone in there and I was wondering who the hell was in my bed (suddenly realised it was me in bed and I was having an OBE, obviously figured this out later in the day after I woke up) anyway suddenly I was looking down this tube which has a lens on the end, I was reading a foreign language on a piece of paper but the only word I remembered and took notice of was “AMA” and then I suddenly sank back into my body and I woke up. In my third eye I could see a yellow circle and then some handwriting of some sort then it vanished.

I went to bed really late last night, pretty tired I just been out. I must of drifted off pretty quick because all I remember is being in this dream, it was always changing with my thoughts, like Alice in wonderland/tipsy-turvy world where nothing made sense and I felt like I was everything and everyone at the same time, I thought of something or someone and I felt I was them, its very hard to explain in words. I felt like I was Huge and every time I thought about something i would experience it and it looked and felt very real even though I wasn’t asleep, i was conscious and actively thinking, People usually have this experience when they are very I’ll and call them hallucinations, I have had it many times when ill, But never like this one because it was the "feeling" of being everything at once.
Every time I snapped out of it I would check to see if I’m awake because it felt like I couldn’t escape it and nothing was real anymore. Every time I drifted off again my body felt as it was moving, spinning and turning and after it did I entered this world again and in it I kept thinking this isn’t real its all illusion and then I could change it with my thoughts, my friend mark was in the dream a lot maybe because I was speaking to him a lot that night about magic mushrooms and how it alters the state of the consciousness. At the end of this experience I thought about my mates room, I haven’t been there before but he’s been asking me to go there when I go out of body and tell him what it looks like, so I thought about him and his room and suddenly I was looking at a matrix poster on his ceiling above his bed. The next day I asked him if it was there and he asked me how the hell I knew that and I told him what happened.

Dream started off in a car, I was travelling somewhere with my mates. We got to this place like a water sports place I think. When we got there I remember thinking oh bugger I hate the water, I don’t want be here, why am I here?
This big woman with blonde short hair told us to line up against the wall. She asked everyone why where they here and they all said to learn but I said “im not, im here to have some fun” then she said oh really? She told us all to go to our rooms and wait for her to call us. When I was lying down I was thinking about stuff. I heard the call but I couldn’t be bothered, I didn’t want to do the lesson so I just lay there. I looked out the window and all my mates where in their boxers, jumping into the lake. I went back to lay down and the woman came in and gave me a telling off because I didn’t go. I said I was 2 busy thinking I didn’t hear the call but she didn’t accept the excuse. She said I have to go do it on my own now.
As I got outside I undressed and thought oh bugger I really don’t want do this it looks way too cold. There was this teacher guy, in his 30’s, short brown hair. He went into the water and swam around, he told me to jump in, but I refused because its too cold. Eventually I said ok. I started walking in slowly and I could of screamed it was so cold and the guy laughed at me and gave me a weird smirk. This place looked like a lagoon as I looked around. On the left there was this thin cliff poking out with an archway at the end where you could swim through to the other side. It looks so fantasy like. As I swam around more I said to the guy this isn’t that bad. As I swam towards the arch following the guy it started getting shallow. As we approached the arch the water was only a few inches thick so we had to crawl through it, as I crawled I looked into the shallow and saw tons of little sea creatures, nothing like that which existed on earth, these were weird looking but cool and I tried to avoid squashing them. At this point in the dream I was a bit lucid, everything seemed so crystal clear and real, I could even feel the cold water and I could feel the drag on the sand. In the distance there was a nice sunset. I kept following the guy and came to a beach on the other side. The waves were pretty small to start off with so we were jumping into the sea doing spins. As I got out I turned around and there was this huge tsunami heading for me, I just stood there waiting for it to hit me, but then I was holding a poster of New York buildings and then the tsunami hit me, bit it didn’t knock me down and another one came and tried to knock me over but it didn’t. Suddenly me and this girl and that guy where under the sea but it was like we have a shield over us, the water was going right over us. We could walk over to the edge and put our hand through the wall of water going over us, it was pretty cool. The next instant I woke up in the bed in that place wondering what the hell just happened then the dream stopped.

When i woke up, i turned the TV on and the first thing i saw was a huge tsunami hitting new york, it was the advert for a film called "the day after tomorrow" and then a message came up saying "it will happen, where will you be?" that really freaked me out.

(I had at least eight dreams in total about tsunamis, all very real and I dreamt about them a few months before the Asian tsunami hit)

I went to bed really tired about 9.30pm and I listened to chakra music and tried to AP but I fell asleep.
I woke up in this field and it was like I was physically there.
It was 100% lucid, I felt the cold wind hit me and I said to myself I’m out of body, this is my world now, I can create anything.
Suddenly this guy was standing on a rock and I said "go away" but I didn’t know who he was, but he seemed to teach me stuff. As I was walking up the field I saw him sitting against the fence, I sat down next to him and said "hey, I have been here before and spoke to you before" he said “yeah, last time you woke up too quick and I didn’t have time to speak”.
At this point I was 100% lucid, able to control myself like I am able to do physically. In some parts of the dimension I saw everything go weird, and I was falling asleep in a dream state, like I was about to wake up physically, but I was able to fight it.
I walked down to the beach and I thought hmmm I need some friends here, and out of nowhere my mate just popped out of nowhere and ran around, like I had spawned a bot in a game.
I looked around me and remembered the world was based around my thoughts, I could bend the matrix, and everything around me bent in a weird way went all wobbly and you know that pattern when you put a magnet next to a TV screen, like a coloured magnetic ripple, that happened everywhere when it bent.
It went back to normal and I walked inside to see what was around.
As I was inside I was amazed to see how clear everything was. I looked at my hands and saw how clear they were, saw all the grains on my hand even more clear than in physical world.
I walked down the corridor looking around, the world seemed to solid and realistic.
I saw my brother walking round and I said "hey Carl, guess what?" he asked what and I said "I’m out of body, lucid this time and I can control everything" and he was amazed, I thought I might ask him if he dreamt about me when I woke up.

I went into a room with loads of people, mostly people I knew, that bloke I spoke to earlier was there and I asked him how do I get here again, he got a book out and opened a page and all I saw amongst the words was meditation, but the other words he said where gibberish to me.
I asked more and he said "put some wisdom into it", as I sat on the table I realised how long I had been in this place without waking up, and I was like damn I’m totally lucid and I have been here for hours, I walked round some more exploring the place, it looked like a huge clinic.
I came back to the room and everyone was round a huge table eating, I was like whoa, tons of food. I could feel myself slipping into dream state and I was trying to fight it again, I quickly dived at the table and started eating as much as I could before I woke up.

all the food was about 100 times nicer than physical food, so nice it was like I had the munchies 100 times worse, as I was eating these bears were coming at me as they jumped at me, I shot them, then I tore off their legs and started eating them, they tasted like chocolate ice-cream. I finally got fully awake again and I followed my friends to a room.
we all sat down around this table and started talking and they were drinking, suddenly I felt someone scratching my feet hard, I looked at them and some invisible entity was scratching them, I looked at a piece of paper on the table and it said Jewson on it (the place I work), I saw blood scratch marks being made over the word and I thought shit I got work, and while I woke up I jumped out of my bed. It’s not like I woke up after a dream, its like in less than a split second I switched to my body, was weird. I realised the time I woke up was the time I wake up every morning for work, but I didn’t have work today. This showed me that it really was my subconscious that wakes me up the same time everyday without my alarm; it’s been planted there by me.
